City Fields Wakefield
City Fields enabling works commencement in January 2021 and completed in 12 months.
The development comprises of the construction of a district centre which proposes a vibrant mix of land uses totalling c10,000sqm gross floor area (GFA).
The development will be supported by 338 car parking spaces, including a provision for disabled motorists, motorcyclists, cyclists and ultra-low emissions vehicles.

Green Quarter
We have now commenced site work for 2 new apartment blocks close to Leeds City Centre, this regeneration project will create 86 new homes with associated external works and infrastructure.
Mansfield Street York
We have recently commenced works for new student accommodation buildings at Mansfield Street in York, due for completion Summer 2019.
Horsforth Mill – Completion
We are pleased to confirm the successful completion of this conversion & extension, creating 89 new luxury homes for Horsforth.
This project was value engineered (including full pre-commencement planning analysis) designed, built, procured, project managed & site managed – every aspect of the buildings were included within our transformation of this local landmark.
Centenary House
Landstock have commenced redevelopment works at Centenary House in central Leeds. This grade 2 listed building is being converted & extended into retail & 80 residential premises.
Hyde Terrace – Student Accommodation
We were recently appointed as Main Contractors for two new student accommodation blocks in Headingley Leeds – this 43 bedroom scheme continues with the redevelopment of the site and will provide the very best of student living.
Horsforth Mill
The redevelopment and extension of Horsforth Mill in Leeds is due to commence in 2017 – for what will be one of the areas most prominent residential buildings (89 luxury apartments), we are delighted to be undertaking this ‘showcase’ build.
